Now it is the time to narrow down and solidify the possibilities, to make a plan and get things ready! New concerns will still come up, plans shift, and different people may add input and program ideas. We try to balance flexibility with structure and each situation is a little different.
These are the processes that we generally go through when we prepare for an action or event. We don’t necessarily do these in this order nor do we always use every step every time:
