Kidz City Model:
Here are some evolving strategies that Kidz City Baltimore found while organizing.
They created a model in order to share with others.

1. RECOGNIZE/PRIORITIZE: start with problem
2. REACH OUT: together we can do more then alone
3. BRAINSTORM: begin wildly with inspiration
4. ORGANIZE! : make a solid plan and prepare (everything leading up to the building of the childcare space and/or action or event)
5. BUILD: build and inhabit a temporary radical childcare space (set up/hold space; create & co-create; space to intersect)
6. REFLECT (feed-forward): so you can learn
